There are several types of color vision disorders, including red-green deficiency, blue-yellow deficiency, and total color blind glasses.
Red-green color vision disorder.

Testing and diagnosis of color blind glasses
A complete eye exam is the only way to get a diagnosis for color vision deficiency or color blind glasses. Part of the examination consists of a series of charts called pseudoisochromatic plates, which usually show multiple color dots in various arrangements – such as numbers and shapes. People with some color perception disorder will not be able to see a number formed from different colored dots, while a person with normal color vision can.
